We want you to love your purchase—every time. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’re committed to making the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Please note: a $10 restocking fee applies to all returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In unused condition, with tags still attached

Returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories and manuals
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it is in sellable condition. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after this inspection is complete.
For your safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on climbing gear, including ropes, harnesses, or carabiners.
